Stock V8 develops 2.1hp @ 4100RPM

Alternate configuration develops 3.2hp @ 5000RPM
 

Specification  1/2" bore, 3/4" stroke approx 1/6 scale.  Length 5 5/8", width 6 5/8", height 7 7/8" over air cleaner, 6 1/8" under bonnet.   Capacity 19.31cc - 1.178cu"   Idles around 800RPM.

You'll need access to a lathe and mill. Everything else is done with ordinary hand tools.  Drawing set includes plans for simple jigs and tools to make the job straight forward for the average hobbyist.

This engine is designed for the beginner, and email support is available to all registered builders.
Drawings cover every aspect of manufacture.  The drawing set (24 A4 printable pages)  come on CD in Turbocad® for Windows®, dxf, dwg, igs  &  jpg format.  Other formats are available on request.
